Your cat is bored by lunchtime. Pouncebot fixes that in about four seconds.

Pouncebot is a self-driving chase car with a feather wand on top. Leave it in smart mode and it darts, turns and stops on its own, then wakes up the moment a paw touches it. Pick up the remote and you run the chase yourself from across the room.

Two ways to play

  • Smart mode. Pouncebot drives itself and changes direction on its own, then slips into standby after five minutes to save the battery. One touch from your cat and it takes off again.
  • Remote mode. Full directional control from up to 15 to 20 metres away, roughly 50 to 65 feet. Press and hold for three seconds to switch between modes.

Why cats actually chase it

  • Darts and turns unpredictably, so it never becomes the boring toy in the corner
  • Feather wand on a flexible arm gives them something real to catch at the end of the chase
  • Low and compact, so it runs under the sofa and around chair legs instead of getting stuck
  • USB rechargeable, so there are no batteries to hunt for
  • Auto standby means it is ready whenever your cat is, not dead by Tuesday
